MJV-60T
The MJV-60T Vertical Baling Press is a more powerful industrial compression baling machine. Its compression force is 50% greater than the 40T model, producing tighter, denser bales.
The 60T Double-Cylinder Vertical Baling Press is different in appearance from the 40T Double-Cylinder Vertical Baling Press. Its steel plate is thicker, and its welding strength and overall structural rigidity are much higher than the 40T model.
Features
High Compression Force
It features a dual-cylinder design with a typical cylinder diameter of 160mm. It provides a powerful 60 tons of compression force, effectively reducing material volume and improving the compaction ratio.
Sturdy Construction
The machine body is welded from thickened steel. The door locks are constructed from two layers of solid steel. The overall structure is sturdy and highly resistant to pressure.
Easy Operation
It is equipped with two operating handles: one controls the up and down movement of the pressure plate, and the other controls the rearward movement of the bale. Workers can use these handles to compress and unload materials.
Flexible Discharging Methods
Discharging options include flipping, pushing, or manual retrieval to meet diverse user needs.
Wide Adaptability
It is suitable for baling a variety of loose materials, including waste paper, plastic bottles, woven bags, metal shavings, cotton, yarn, and linen. It can be adjusted to suit the characteristics of different materials and baling requirements.
