Foam Briquetting Machine
The foam compactor, also known as Styrofoam Compactor, EPS Briquetting Machine, Foam Cold Press. The foam compactor uses a mechanical extrusion method. It is suitable for lightweight foams such as EPS foam and EPE pearl cotton. It is not suitable for foams with metal coatings or rigid foam plastics. The foam compressor is simple to operate, has low energy consumption, and produces no odor.
It applies pressure to the loose foam fed into the hopper through a screw compression mechanism. Utilizing the compressibility of the foam, it compresses it into high-density blocks. The extrusion process is non-high-temperature, a form of physical compression.
