Textile baling machines are hydraulically driven, compressing clothing into tight bales. They feature high pressure and a high compression ratio. The main frame is typically made of high-quality steel plates, ensuring a robust structure capable of withstanding significant pressure.

Textile balers use a hydraulic system to efficiently bale waste fibers into dense blocks. They are specifically designed for recycling and baling secondhand clothing, quilts, shoes, wool, cotton, textiles, fabrics, garments, bedding, curtains, carpets, and other products. The baled textile waste is reduced in volume, making it easier to store and transport.

Mingjie clothing baling machines can be categorized into vertical textile baler and horizontal baler machine based on their structure.

Vertical Textile Baler

The vertical textile baler uses a vertical compression method, resulting in a compact structure and relatively small footprint. It mainly consists of a support frame, compression cylinder, feed inlet, discharge outlet, and control system. Operating the vertical rag baler is relatively simple, typically using semi-automatic control. The operator simply places the clothing into the feed inlet, and presses the start button to complete the compression and baling process.

The compression cylinder is vertically mounted on top of the support frame, with the piston rod extending downwards to directly act on the material. The feed inlet is located at the top for easy access by the operator to feed in the waste clothing. The discharge outlet is located at the bottom, from which the compressed clothing bales exit.

Horizontal Textile Baler

Horizontal clothes baling machine adopts a horizontal compression method. It consists of a machine body, a pushing device, a compression chamber, a strapping device, and an electrical control system. The pushing device, mounted on one side of the machine body, is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to horizontally push the material into the compression chamber. The compression chamber is the core area where the material is compressed. Its large internal dimensions allow it to hold a significant amount of waste clothing.

Horizontal textile baling machines are suitable for processing large quantities of waste clothing, such as in large-scale waste clothing recycling centers and waste processing workshops in textile enterprises. Automatic horizontal balers offer high production efficiency, capable of baling a large number of garments per hour, meeting the needs of large-scale production. They are highly automated, requiring only a small number of operators for monitoring and maintenance to achieve continuous operation.
