The MJF-200T Horizontal Waste Baler is PLC controlled and touchscreen operated. It automatically completes a series of actions including feeding, compression, pressure holding, and unloading. The length of the waste bale is adjustable.
The 200T automated horizontal baling compressor is based on the principle of hydraulic transmission. It achieves efficient material compression through multi-step coordinated operation.
High Efficiency
First, operators feed the material to be compressed into the compression chamber via the feeding system. When the material reaches the preset filling volume, the feeding system automatically stops.
Subsequently, the control system issues a command, and the hydraulic pump in the power system starts working. It delivers hydraulic oil to the compression cylinder, pushing the piston forward. This, in turn, drives the pusher plate to apply pressure to the material in the chamber.
Under this pressure, the material is gradually compressed and its volume reduced. During the compression process, the horizontal baling equipment monitors the compression pressure in real time. When the pressure reaches the set value, the hydraulic system maintains the pressure for a period of time. This ensures the material is compressed tightly and prevents rebound.
After the pressure holding is complete, the hydraulic pump reverses its oil supply, and the compression cylinder drives the pusher plate to reset.
Finally, the control system pushes the compressed bale out of the compression chamber, completing one compression cycle.
