Working Process
Feeding
Workers feed loose materials (waste cardboard, foam, plastic film) into the compression chamber through the feed port.
Automatic Compression
When the material reaches a preset height or weight, the PLC control system issues a command. The compression cylinder on top drives the ram downward, forcefully compressing the material vertically.
Once compression is complete
the ram automatically returns to its original position, ready for the next feeding. This process is repeated multiple times. Through this “multiple compressions,” the hydraulic baler gradually increases the density and weight of each bale.
Automatic Strapping
When the bale reaches the preset size, the automatic vertical baler automatically stops feeding. The strapping system activates, and the machine automatically completes the series of operations: wrapping, tensioning, gluing, and cutting.
Automatic Bale Ejection
Once strapping is complete, the side door of the compression chamber automatically opens. The ram acts as an ejector, pushing the bundled bale out of the chamber. The bale falls by its own weight onto a cart or conveyor platform.
