The 80T Vertical Baling Press Machine utilizes two hydraulic cylinders: one main compression cylinder (providing the primary pressure), and the other for auxiliary compaction or for pushing bales out of the box. This dual-cylinder design provides more stable and powerful pressure.
An electric motor drives a hydraulic pump, generating high-pressure oil that pushes the cylinder pistons, achieving compression. This hydraulic transmission offers high power, smooth operation, and ease of control.
The vertical baling machine operates vertically. Material is loaded from the top, and the compression head compresses from top to bottom or from the inside out. While the vertical structure occupies a relatively small footprint, the loading height can be high.
