Introduction

MJV-40T
The MJV-40T Vertical Baler Machine is an industrial device used to compress and bundle various loose materials, such as waste paper, cardboard, plastics, and textiles. 40 tons is the baler’s maximum compression force, which determines the material density it can handle and the compactness of the resulting bales.
The MJV-40T Vertical Baler Machine utilizes a dual-cylinder design, ensuring strong compression and stable bale delivery. It operates semi-automatically, with manual loading and threading, while the core operations of compaction, bundling, and ejection are performed automatically.
The vertical baling chamber opens vertically. This design occupies a small footprint and is the most common model for small and medium-sized recycling stations and factories.
Main Components
Frame
Constructed from welded high-strength steel plates, it can withstand 40 tons of pressure, ensuring the equipment’s stability and durability.
Hydraulic System
A motor and oil pump provide power for waste baling. Dual hydraulic cylinders are divided into a main pressure cylinder and an ejection cylinder. A hydraulic valve block controls the oil flow, enabling the platen to raise and lower, and eject. The oil tank stores and cools the hydraulic oil.
Electrical Control System
Typically includes a control cabinet, a push-button control panel, and circuitry. It is used to set and control the baling process.
Baling Chamber
The space where the material is compressed and formed. Its dimensions determine the size of the final bale.
Wire Threading Mechanism
Semi-automatically threads the baling string through the compressed bales for tying.
Safety Devices
These include photoelectric protection, an emergency stop button, and a threshold switch to ensure operator safety.
