    Introduction

    MJH-100T Semi-automatic

The MJH-100T Semi Automatic Baler is suitable for materials requiring high pressure for forming, such as cardboard, dense plastics, and metal shavings. Its horizontal design ensures high-efficiency compression while reducing equipment cost and complexity. Horizontal balers are among the most widely used models in the current waste recycling industry.

    Workflow

    Feeding

The operator loads the waste material to be compressed into the compression chamber through the feed inlet at the top of the baler via the conveyor belt. The material can be loaded all at once or added in stages during compression to achieve maximum bale density.

    Starting the Baler

After loading, the operator presses the “Compression” or “Cycle Start” button on the electrical control panel.

    Compression Cycle

The main pressure cylinder begins to advance horizontally, forcefully compressing the loose material in the compression chamber. The pressure head holds at the preset position or pressure for a period of time. This allows the material to fully deform and solidify, preventing rebound. The main pressure cylinder then automatically returns to its original position.

Tip: After the pressure head retracts, the operator can add material to the compression chamber again and repeat steps 2-3 for multiple compressions to form a larger bale.

    Manual Binding

After the compression cycle ends, slots designed for binding will appear on the side wall of the compression chamber. The operator uses strapping to manually pass through these slots and uses tools to tightly bind the bale. This is a crucial step to ensure the bales do not fall apart during transport and storage.

    Bale Ejection

After strapping, the operator opens the ejection door of the compression chamber. The ejection cylinder is activated via a control button, pushing the strapped bales out of the compression chamber.

After ejection, the ejection door is closed. The horizontal baling machine returns to standby mode, ready to begin the next work cycle.
