Plastic bottle baler has become an effective solution to the problem of plastic bottle waste, playing a crucial role in plastic waste treatment and resource recycling. Horizontal plastic bottle baler can precisely control the density of the compressed plastic bottle bales during the compression process. This ensures that each bale is of uniform quality, facilitating subsequent handling, storage, and recycling.
Mingjie horizontal plastic baler utilizes a powerful hydraulic system as their core power source, operating based on Pascal’s principle. It converts the mechanical energy of the motor into hydraulic pressure energy through a hydraulic oil pump. The hydraulic cylinder then precisely converts the hydraulic pressure energy back into mechanical energy, driving the press head to exert immense pressure on the plastic bottles.
Horizontal Plastic Bottle Baler Working Process
Waste plastic bottles are transported via a conveyor belt to the feeding port at the top of the horizontal baler. These plastic bottles are in a loose and scattered state, occupying a large amount of space.
Next comes the crucial compression stage. When the operator presses the start button, the hydraulic system inside the horizontal baler is instantly activated. The hydraulic oil pump starts running at high speed, continuously supplying hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder. Driven by the powerful hydraulic oil pressure, the large press head begins to move towards the chamber filled with plastic bottles.
The press head of horizontal baling press machine moves horizontally inward. As the press head advances, it exerts increasing pressure on the plastic bottles in the chamber. Under this strong pressure, the plastic bottles are gradually compressed and deformed, and their volume continuously decreases.
When the plastic bottles are compressed to the preset density and volume, the plastic baler enters the strapping stage. At this point, the baler automatically or manually activates the strapping device. These strapping bands are wrapped around the compressed plastic bottle bale.
Finally, the strapped bale is pushed out of the chamber. The chamber door of the horizontal plastic bottle baler slowly opens. Then, the pushing plate device smoothly pushes out the compressed and formed bale.
